Castletroy Town Centre is a modern neighbourhood shopping centre in the heart of Castletroy, which is currently undergoing a complete refurbishment which will result in a modern spacious and pleasant shopping experience. The Centre is anchored by Supervalu. Supervalu are the owner of their own store comprising of a total of 43,500sq ft, Supervalu have undergone a full refit of their store resulting in a contemporary style supermarket with spacious deli and food-court. Our aim in the shopping centre is to provide a one stop destination for the people of Castletroy and surrounding neighbourhoods. We will strive to provide a range of high standard shops that is expected of a town centre and create a pleasant and relaxing shopping experience.

Our current occupiers with excess of ten year term agreements include Meadows & Byrne, Tech Star, Talking Leaves Bookstore, Mr Duffy’s Candy Shop, Lloyds Pharmacy, Hook & Ladder, Dargan Health Foods, Starbucks, By Design – A Local Story,  An Post, Specsavers, Sheilds Dentist, Rain Beauty, Bliss Beauty, Hangers Dry Cleaners, Flanagan’s Barbers, Hugh Campbell’s Marbles, Underwater world, Secret Garden Flowers, VapourPal, Bella Italia, Yogurino, Bliss Nails & Brows, The Bike Hub, Henshin Hair and Make-up, Fern & Bear, Cherryblossom, The French Table Patisserie, Coq Bull The Dance Academy, Embody (Fitness Studio) also within the Grounds are McDonalds, Prestige Car Care and The Odeon Cinema.

Castletroy is the largest suburb neighbourhood in Munster with a population with over, 40,000 people including 4 primary schools and one Secondary school with a second due to be built next year. The University has approximately 18,000 students and staff attending. Our neighbours the Technology Park consist of over 80 companies including Troy studios and Johnson & Johnson which employs 2,500 people, Avvio, Viagogo Cook Medical which employ approx. 1000 staff, Ethicon, Northern Trust and Gilt other neighbouring businesses include The well-known Castletroy Golf Club, Travelodge, Kilmurray Lodge and the Carlton Castletroy Park Hotel . Within 5 minutes’ walk from the centre are many residential estates that house a majority of the UL students. The entire centre including Odeon and McDonalds attracts an average of 65,000 customers per week. Our current numbers in the Shopping Centre are in the region of 7000 per day and continuing to increase. Our aim is to create a one stop destination by providing a shopping hub in the heart of Castletroy. Some of the future facilities we will be installing in the centre are, An Urban Garden – an area to relax and unwind maybe have a coffee or Ice-cream . A kids play ground, as a place that a parent can keep the kids entertained while the other parent does there shopping.
