24 year old Centre Dan Goggin was named the Castletroy Town Centre Young Player of the Year for the 2018/2019 season at the 2019 Munster Rugby Awards, in association with the Irish Independent, in the University Concert Hall, Limerick.
The Munster Rugby Awards are an annual opportunity for Munster Rugby to review the season to date, recognise excellence and reward the phenomenal work being done throughout the Munster province at both Professional and Domestic levels.
After presenting the Young Player of the Year Award on the night, Clem Guerin, General Manager, Castletroy Town Centre, explained, “On behalf of all the team at Castletroy Town Centre, I would like to congratulate Dan on winning the Young Player of the Year Award. We are delighted to offer our continued support to Munster rugby who like ourselves are a mainstay of the local community. The young player award is about looking towards the future for Munster Rugby, just like Castletroy Town Centre continues to look the future in creating a unique lifestyle, shopping and dining experience at the heart of Castletroy.”
